The ZEMA Registered Pension Plan allows employees to contribute a portion of their pay to build up savings for retirement. Currently, ZEMA matches an employee’s contributions to the plan after he or she has completed two full-time years of employment.
Participating employees accumulate incentive shares throughout each fiscal year of full employment. Incentive shares form the basis for sharing of profit driven bonuses, whenever declared by the company. The incentive shares are also used for the allocation of certain qualified proceeds if the Company is sold privately, or if the Company decides to go public.
